Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment on short notice, I can't book another client. I respect that your time is valuable, and I appreciate that you understand mine is, too. If you cannot attend your appointment, we appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible.
Your deposit will be forfeited if any cancellation is less than 24 hours. All deposits are non-refundable but can be used on your next visit.
