What distance is ideal? 

We find that a distance of around 8"-12" for deep tissue and facial or topical therapy is 18"-24' inches on bare skin.  Initially, we recommend that you start farther and shorter sessions until your body acclimates to the light.  Sensitivity can cause fatigue, eye strain, headaches, irritability, and insomnia. 


How often is recommended?
