Effective Results – Scientific studies indicate that the decrease in skin temperature and the pressure level affect the quality and effectiveness of localized cryotherapy treatments.
Fast-acting Results – The extreme cold causes muscle fibers to contract rapidly, followed by a relaxation phase that aids muscle recovery.
Noninvasive and nonsurgical –This means there is no need for incisions, anesthesia, or long recovery periods. Nonsurgical results include no bruising or scarring.
No downtime – and no downtime
Diet and Exercise — Nevertheless, fat freezing works most effectively when combined with a balanced diet and regular physical activity.
