Fascia blasting treatments can break up adhesion underneath the skin and above the muscle. Depending on your goals, you can choose from full-body sessions, targeted or multiple areas.

Yes, myofascial release therapy works on the fascia that binds fat and inflammation, allowing the lymphatic system to remove fluid from the body. This can be a method for losing inches or achieving weight loss goals. Combining fascia blasting with a healthy diet, regular exercise, and other evidence-based weight loss strategies is critical to achieving sustainable results.
Depending on the area will determine what to wear. Your skin will need to be exposed. Oil will be used, and it may get messy. We want you to be comfortable and prefer you to wear a bathing suit or undergarments, or we can provide you with disposable undergarments if necessary.
After applying oil, we will use various tools in various directions with applied pressure. Some areas may seem more painful than other areas at times. The order in which each tool is used will help determine how much you can tolerate during your session. Whatcha workin with Good or Bad Fascia? Some areas will bruise more than others. This indicates what good and bad fascia you have underneath your skin. Bruising is necessary to release and restore the fascia. This allows the blood flow to regenerate the fascia tissue.
When toxins and tension are released, you can experience bruising, rashes, bumps, headache, fatigue, diarrhea, and flu-like symptoms. It's imperative to stay hydrated before and after a session to aid in flushing the toxins out of your body faster.
Your initial session will take longer to go over everything. The treatment session can take as little as 60 minutes. We do offer 90-minute and 2-hour sessions as well. Since myofascial treatments can address pain and aesthetics, it will depend on how many follow-up treatments you need. Typically, when addressing pain, 1-2 sessions can provide relief. With body sculpting or cellulite reduction, we recommend weekly sessions for 1 to 2 months. If bruising is still apparent and there's discomfort, we recommend waiting until the area has time to heal
No, they are quite different. Myofascial release therapy can provide long-term benefits. It improves the connective tissue that causes soreness and other serious issues, like pinched nerves or herniated discs. In addition, myofascial release can restore alignment and improve movement. A massage has short-term effects that include soothing effects. It momentarily targets the tight or soreness but addresses the tissues that are causing the soreness.
